Keystone Management Services assists your Board of Directors by preparing for and conducting Board of Directors meetings, taking the minutes and leading Annual Board Member elections all free of charge.

 

Additionally, we provide an agenda and a monthly financial statement for your Board meetings.

We have an extensive and vetted group of vendors, or we can work with your present vendors if you are satisfied with their services.  We review all Association contracts to make sure that you are compliant and get the most for your money and the best service from your vendors.

Keystone Management Services is fully insured and members of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and our team members regularly attend seminars and continuing education classes to stay current on any regulatory changes and civil codes. 

Keystone Management Services is committed solely to the management of Homeowners Associations.  This special type of management requires a working knowledge of the CC&R's and Bylaws of the Association, Industry Standards and specific knowledge of the ever changing laws that regulate and guide the conduct of Homeowner Associations.  With over twenty seven years experience in Homeowners Association Management we are uniquely qualified to serve your HOA.

We provide twelve, two hour, meetings per year; prepare the minutes and present a draft budget and review it with your CPA at no charge to the association.

We have a twenty four hour, seven days a week emergency phone number with prompt response for property threatening emergencies for you, your homeowners, or your Association.
